Job summary

Girl Be Heard is seeking a full-time Grants Manager to oversee grant proposals, LOIs, and reports for funders. You will steward relationships, manage the grants calendar, and conduct donor research. About 80% of your workload involves grant writing, reporting, and stewardship.

You will assist leadership and program teams, prepare budgets for proposals, and generate donor communications. The role requires strong writing, project management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in grant writing, institutional giving management, or writing.
