Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Business Administration or related area.
• Two years of experience with GAAP, budget administration and fiscal monitoring.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work with students, faculty, staff and the public.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile general ledger accounts and grants budgets; prepare journal entries.
• Monitor and prepare monthly budgets and ad hoc grant reports.
• Process payroll and student refunds; coordinate with auditors during annual audit.
• Assist with fixed assets, year-end close and financial statements.
