Job summary

Utah Legal Services (ULS) is seeking a Development Coordinator to support fundraising operations, manage donor data, process gifts, and assist with grants. You will help coordinate campaigns and events, maintain donor communications, and contribute to research and reporting that supports ULS’s mission to provide free civil legal aid.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, communications, business, marketing, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum of two years related experience in grant writing, fundraising, communications, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate grant support and fund development activities.
• Support donor stewardship and relationship-building efforts.
• Assist with writing, managing grant proposals, reports, and funding relationships.
• Coordinate data collection across ULS to support funding proposals and reporting.
• Maintain systems for tracking funding opportunities, submissions, awards, reporting deadlines, and project outcomes.
