Job summary

The Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund is seeking a Director of Evaluation and Operations to lead systems that organize, document, and evaluate our grantmaking and programs totaling about $20 million. This role partners with the Senior Director of Community Impact and other team members to design scalable systems and robust reporting.

The Director will liaise with the Data and Operations team to ensure process alignment and transparent impact communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and implement systems that organize, document, and evaluate all grantmaking and programs totaling about $20 million
• Collaborate with Senior Director of Community Impact and team members to support grantmaking and design/system implementation across the department
• Coordinate with Director of Data and Operations to align processes and create shared reporting and data language across the organization
