Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to improve office procedures.
• Consult with federal, state, and local officials on program matters and grants.
• Manage contracts for Florida Resilient projects; coordinate scope, negotiation and invoicing.
• Prepare data for FACTS and monitor encumbrances, budgets, and releases.
• Analyze grant/contract monitoring data and reconcile reports.
• Prepare manuals and train staff on new forms, reports, and procedures.
