Qualifications

• Knowledge of Florida Statutes (Chapters 119, 287, 219) and contract/grant administration.
• Working knowledge of developing, administering, and monitoring state and federal grants.
• Proficient skills with Microsoft applications and ability to prepare financial and programmatic reports.
• Ability to work independently, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate effective written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of federal and state workforce programs.
• Level 2 security background screening required (fingerprinting and law enforcement records check)
