Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; may substitute with equivalent years of experience beyond the minimum.
• 2 years of experience in grants/contracts administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating and monitoring department research activities.
• Administer government and private research grants and contracts with compliance.
• Interpret grant requirements and develop procedures for efficient research operations.
• Coordinate with Principal Investigators and administrative teams to ensure allowability and allocability.
• Prepare financial and personnel reports for grants and contracts at department level.
