Job summary

UC Irvine is seeking a skilled financial administrator to manage extramural and intramural funds for the School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences. You will work with faculty and the finance team on contracts and grants, providing financial analysis, reporting, and post‑award support while ensuring compliance with sponsor policies and university regulations.

Qualifications

• Required: ability to manage fluctuating workloads with deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage financial and administrative budgets for multiple programs.
• 3. Develops and supports proposals and post-award management for contracts and grants.
• 4. Produces financial analyses and reports to inform decision making.
• 5. Maintains contract and grant records in compliance with sponsor policies.
• 6. Analyzes budgets, salaries, expenses and related data to resolve issues.
