• Strong project management to coordinate multiple grants and projects, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of 2 CFR 200 and related regulatory frameworks for federal programs.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Grants Consultant role based in San Juan. The Grants Consultant will support organizations in managing federal grants, including reviewing program requirements, supporting grant administration, and monitoring grant and program performance. The role involves collaborating with client teams, preparing clear documentation and reports, and providing strategic consulting on grants management and compliance processes to strengthen program administration, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong grant administration skills, including experience with federal, and local requirements, and other federally funded programs. Experience with FEMA, CDBG-DR, or similar federal grant programs is preferred.
• Analytical skills to review grant documentation, program data, compliance requirements, and performance metrics.
