The Connecticut Alliance to End Sexual Violence is seeking a Grants & Compliance Manager to oversee all grants, reporting, and contract administration. This role reports to the Deputy Director and will manage budgets and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
Responsibilities include implementing time tracking, preparing grant proposals, hosting grant meetings, monitoring compliance with state and federal regulations, and supporting monthly accounting closeout.
The Alliance is the statewide coalition of sexual assault crisis service programs working to end sexual violence through victim assistance, community education, and public policy advocacy. The mission of The Alliance is to prevent sexual violence in Connecticut and foster a statewide network of support for victims and survivors. The Alliance envisions a world in which every person is doing their part to prevent sexual violence, every member center has the resources they need to serve their communities, and every survivor has support.
The Grants & Compliance Manager is responsible for the overall management of Alliance grants, grant reporting, and compliance. This position will also manage and reconcile all contracts, cooperative agreements, spending and expense reimbursements including ensuring the timely and accurate documentation and processing. This position reports to the Deputy Director.
This job operates in a professional office environment in East Hartford, CT
The position requires regular in-state travel, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected.
