Job summary

Face to Face Health and Counseling Service, Inc. is seeking a Grants Coordinator to secure, manage, and monitor foundation and government funding opportunities. This is a full-time, 37.5 hours per week role emphasizing social justice and youth equity.

The position requires collaboration across program, finance, data, and leadership to develop compelling grant applications, ensure compliance, and deliver timely reporting, advancing health equity for Minnesota youth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
• Working knowledge of grant writing and reporting processes.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to meet multiple deadlines with high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full grant lifecycle for foundation and government grants and contracts, including research, planning, application development, submission, award acceptance, compliance, monitoring, and reporting.
• Identify funding opportunities and assess alignment with organization priorities and budgets.
• Develop grant calendars, work plans, and timelines; coordinate staff contributions for timely submissions.
• Collaborate with program, finance, data, and leadership staff to develop compelling grant applications reflecting priorities and outcomes.
• Prepare grant summaries outlining scope, deliverables, budgets, and deadlines.
• Monitor grant and contract compliance throughout the award period and communicate issues promptly.
• Prepare required narrative, outcome, and financial reports demonstrating performance.
• Maintain organized records for grants and contracts and foster professional relationships with stakeholders.
