Job summary

Physicians of Southwest Washington (PSW) seeks a Compliance Analyst to support the Hawaii Rural Health Transformation Program. You will help manage compliance obligations, documentation, audits, and reporting across government contracts and grants.

The role collaborates with Compliance, Finance, Operations, Legal, and program leadership to ensure accurate reporting, proactive risk identification, and timely remediation. Based in Olympia, WA, full‑time exempt.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Experience in grants, contracts, compliance, auditing, or regulatory oversight is preferred.
• Advanced Excel and reporting capabilities are desired.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain knowledge of SHPDA-related agreements, exhibits, amendments, budgets, and reporting requirements.
• Develop and maintain a grant compliance matrix with obligations, deliverables, milestones, due dates, owners, and evidence.
• Monitor changes to grant and program requirements, update trackers, calendars, and controls, and escalate overdue obligations.
