Job summary
Stanford Children’s Health | Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital Stanford is seeking a Program Coordinator to provide operational coordination for the Community Partnerships portfolio, supporting the Community Investment Grants program, partner engagement, and regulatory reporting.
The role focuses on maintaining documentation, communications, and workflows that enable expansion of community health initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a work-related field.
- 3 years of progressively responsible experience in program coordination, grant administration, nonprofit partnerships, healthcare administration, public health, government relations or a related field.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate operational implementation of the Community Investment Grants program and manage grant documentation.
- Engage with community-based organizations, schedule and maintain partner records and communications.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for partner convenings, meetings, and events to advance engagement across cohorts.
- Coordinate data collection, reporting, and regulatory compliance with program metrics and reports.
- Develop communications materials supporting partnerships and outreach.
