Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with two years of experience in community work or related activities, or equivalent combination.
• Alternative: high school diploma with six years of relevant experience, with at least one year in a qualifying role.
• Equivalency options include combination of education and experience as described.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor NYCBenefits grantees engaged in benefits coordination, outreach, education and enrollment.
• Coordinate outreach work and develop rollout of innovative strategies, advising on policies and procedures.
• Prepare program evaluation reports and analyses to ensure program compliance.
• Facilitate capacity-building trainings, toolkits and resources for staff on outreach and reporting systems.
• Develop and maintain referral relationships between community-based organizations and agency programs.
