Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in a job related field and 2 or more years of job related experience.
• Experience with USC financial and administrative systems, including PeopleSoft and Banner.
• Solid knowledge of financial management, budgeting, and fiscal administration.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates grant‑related expense submissions and ensures compliance with grant guidelines and funding agency requirements.
• Oversees day‑to‑day departmental budget and financial operations across two departments.
• Completes USC hiring documents for graduate and undergraduate students and post‑docs, including onboarding/offboarding.
