Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2+ years of relevant experience preferred.
• Experience in grant accounting or financial management is desirable.
• Ability to manage sponsored project accounts and ensure compliance.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with faculty to manage grant portfolios and ensure compliance with effort and cost-sharing commitments.
• Act as Cost Center Manager by reviewing spend authorizations, expense reports, and related processes in Workday.
• Serve as liaison between faculty and grant coordinator to ensure expenses are allowable and grant timelines are met.
• Review accuracy of purchase requests and vendor orders submitted through Workday.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
