Job summary

Executive Director, Inc. (EDI) is seeking a Program Manager to oversee AAAAI and AAAAI Foundation grants and awards, supporting physicians and researchers in allergy/immunology.

The role emphasizes high-level program management aligned with the AAAAI’s strategic plan and objectives. Based in downtown Milwaukee, WI, this exempt, full-time position requires on-site work with a minimum of 37.5 hours per week and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3-4 years of experience in association and program management preferred.
• Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to the Awards Committee and manage AAAAI honorary awards and related meetings.
• Coordinate grant application development, respond to inquiries, review analyses, and oversee online application and reporting processes.
• Maintain AAAAI awards and grants sections on the websites; support as needed to achieve objectives.
