Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-4 years of experience in association and program management.
• Outstanding interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills; computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison to the Awards Committee and manage AAAAI honorary awards and Awards Luncheon.
• Coordinate development of Academic Leaders Meetings and provide administrative support for meetings and Board reports.
• Oversee grant application development, respond to inquiries, review analyses, and manage online application and review processes.
• Maintain AAAAI awards and grants section of aaaai.org and the Foundation website.
• Manage the International Travel Grant Scholarship and administer reimbursements.
• Develop and implement the Faculty Development Program.
• Attend AAAAI Foundation Council meetings as needed.
• Liaise with various AAAAI committees and organize meetings, minutes, and reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
