Job summary

OTC Services is seeking a Grants and Fundraising Coordinator in Burlington, NJ to manage donor relations, secure funding, and write successful grant proposals. You will plan impactful events, identify sponsorships, and build partnerships with foundations and corporate sponsors to expand OTC’s community outreach.

The role requires strong grant writing, donor research, and stakeholder management with a focus on fundraising growth and program support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in communications, nonprofit management, business administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in event planning, donor relations, nonprofit fundraising, grant writing, or donor research.
  • Proven ability to organize and manage events of varying scales and complexity.
  • Strong grant writing skills with experience securing funding from private, corporate, and foundation sources.
  • Experience in donor research and data management to support fundraising initiatives.
  • Proficiency in donor database management and CRM software (e.g., DonorPerfect, Raiser’s Edge, or similar platforms).
  • Experience with donor prospecting and grant research tools and methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating flexibility and problem-solving skills

Description
  • Grant Writing & Management:Research, write, andsubmitgrant proposals to secure funding for OTC programs and initiatives. Maintain grant documentation, reporting, and compliance.
  • Donor Research & Stewardship:Identifyand research prospective donors, foundations, and corporate sponsors. Maintain donor records, track engagement, and develop stewardship strategies to strengthen donor relationships.
  • Fundraising & Sponsorships:Identifyand secure sponsorships, donations, and partnerships to enhance fundraising efforts and support organizational goals.
  • Event Planning & Execution: Oversee all aspects of event planning, including logistics, permits, vendor contracts, and scheduling, ensuring smooth execution within budget.
  • Community Engagement:Foster relationships with community members, businesses, and partner organizations to strengthen support for OTC’s initiatives.
  • Volunteer Coordination: Recruit, train, and manage volunteers to support event operations, ensuring clear role assignments and engagement.
  • Data Collection & Analysis: Track and evaluate event success metrics, using insights to improve future event planning and fundraising strategies.

Requirements
