Conservation Legacy is seeking an Individual Placement Grants & Agreement Coordinator for Arizona Conservation Corps. The role supports grants management, agreement development, invoicing, and calendar coordination with partners across Arizona.

The coordinator reports to the Program Director and ensures accurate records in internal databases. The position is full-time, with the option for remote eligibility within Arizona, and offers competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience with grants and agreement administration.
• Ability to review and process invoicing and project documentation.
• Strong organizational skills coordinating calendars and partner communications.

Responsibilities

• Support general grants and management of local agreements.
• Work with Program Director to develop and maintain agreements.
• Prepare required agreement paperwork and maintain project documentation in databases.
• Review and approve invoicing and coordinate IP calendar with project partners.
