ABOUT THE POSITION

Beloved Community is hiring a Grants Administrator, with experience in compliance, pre- and post-award activities relating to grant and contract proposals/funding. Reporting to the Director, Data & Impact, the Grants Administrator will provide the central support and oversight of Beloved Community’s external grants and contracts in support of its programming and research. As an integral part of Beloved , this role provides the opportunity to lead a number of activities including grant submission and management, budgeting and other fiscal management aspects. The Grants Administrator also plays an integral role collaborating with various Beloved teams in impact reporting and ensuring institutional compliance.

You will work closely with Beloved’s Business Development, Education and Programming and Data and Research teams, and external partner organizations on collective impact grants to execute various projects across the organization. Though primarily remote, we provide a collaborative and interactive team that demands flexibility and constant communication while encouraging individual ideation and approach.
