Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years combined education and experience in grant accounting or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• Knowledge of 2 CFR Part 200 and Uniform Guidance.

Responsibilities

• Manage post-award grant accounting activities, including financial monitoring, invoicing, revenue recognition, and budget-to-actual analysis.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts for internal budgeting and planning.
• Ensure compliance with grant regulations and reporting requirements for grants and contracts.
• Maintain grant financial records and monitor reporting, invoicing, renewal, and closeout deadlines.
• Track grant revenues, intergovernmental receipts, and related indirect revenue.
• Assist with audits and provide documentation requested by external auditors.
