Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance/business administration or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in accounting/financ​e with grant management focus.
• Prior grant experience required; familiarity with government or non-profit accounting systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of grant accounting, including budgeting, financial reporting, and compliance.
• Ensure accurate tracking of grant funds and expenditures per policies.
• Collaborate with program teams to facilitate grant administration processes.
• Prepare and review financial documentation for audits and reporting requirements.
• Maintain detailed records of grant activities and deliverables.
• Assist with financial analysis related to grants to support decision-making.
