Job summary

Texas Health Resources is seeking a Program Manager for Academic Partnerships & Grants. The role supports workforce pipeline and employee development programs within the Career Transformation Center, coordinating schedules, partner communications, and grant tracking across multiple internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Training and Education, Nursing, or relevant field is required.
• 4 years experience in education/learning assessment, design, development, implementation and evaluation.
• Previous grants experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with schools and internal partners as part of Governance.
• Oversee key partnership programs and initiatives (e.g., DEUs, CNL, AOBSN).
• Write grants and scholarships in partnership with local colleges/universities or other organizations.
• Collaborate with service lines and HR partners to align pipeline strategies, tuition reimbursement, and career development.
• Ensure day-to-day delivery of services and operation of work processes meet design specs and stakeholder outcomes.
