Job summary

Ryan Air in Alaska seeks a Grants Manager to lead identification, application, and administration of federal, state, and private grants supporting the Advanced Air Mobility division and the Rural Health Transformation Program.

You will oversee grant budgeting, reporting, subrecipient oversight, and ensure compliance with 2 CFR 200 and CMS terms, while also managing day-to-day fleet operations in alignment with FAA regulations and company policies.

Qualifications

• Degree in business/public/aviation management or related field.
• At least 3 years grant writing/administration experience preferred.
• FAA Remote Pilot Certificate (Part 107) preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Identify, apply for, administer, and ensure compliance of grants supporting AAM and RHTP initiatives.
• Prepare grant proposals, budgets, narratives, and reporting in coordination with leadership.
• Oversee subrecipient reporting and ensure audit-ready grant files in line with regulations.
• Coordinate grant invoicing, cost allocation, and reconciliation with Accounting.
• Manage day-to-day AAM fleet operations, including scheduling and staffing, per FAA rules.
