Qualifications

Hands-on Salesforce experience for grantmaking workflows (Nonprofit Success Pack or similar).
Understanding of trust-based philanthropy and partner-centered values.
Experience with international/global grantmaking across regions.

Responsibilities

Map and evaluate the end-to-end grantmaking workflow in Salesforce.
Benchmark against peer funders and identify quick wins and longer-term changes.
Recommend actionable process improvements and Salesforce configuration changes.
Outline team structure, roles, and skills for the grantmaking operations function.
Deliver final memo and presentation to Senior Management.
