Responsibilities

• Grantmaking officer engages with diverse community voices to understand real needs and aspirations.
• Reviews grant applications using research-informed, analytical thinking in a criteria-based process.
• Develops and maintains partnerships in the Bush Foundation's region, including rural areas, Native communities, and Greater Minnesota.
