About the Role:

The Grant Writing & Fundraising Coordinator will assist with identifying, applying for, and organizing funding opportunities to support our mission. You’ll be instrumental in helping articulate our social impact in a way that resonates with mission-aligned donors and institutions. This is an entry level role with growth potential offering 5-10 hours per week based on need.

Responsibilities:

  • Research grant opportunities related to women’s empowerment, community development, entrepreneurship, and wellness.
  • Draft grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and executive summaries.
  • Help develop fundraising strategies for upcoming projects, including our first coliving space in Austin.
  • Maintain an organized calendar of application deadlines and submission requirements.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong writing, research, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with grant writing or nonprofit fundraising (can be academic or project-based).
  • Understanding of social impact language and mission-driven initiatives.
  • Passionate about holistic wellness, entrepreneurship, and women-led innovation.

Entry level role with growth potential. 5-10 hours per week based on need.
