You will develop a portfolio of funders, prepare proposals and reports, and manage a multi-year grants plan. The ideal candidate has at least five years of relevant experience and superb communication skills. The position offers a salary range of $68,000 to $73,000 and various benefits, including paid leave and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• At least five years of direct foundation and grants related experience.
• Proven track record of successful prospect research and solicitation.
• Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a portfolio of 100 to 125 funders.
• Prepare and edit customized proposals and reports.
• Cultivate relations with foundation and corporate officers.
• Create and manage a multi-year grants plan and calendar.
• Oversee the reporting and pledge payment schedules.
