We are seeking an experienced Grant Writer who will responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing grant proposals, reports, and related communications to secure funding from foundations, corporations, and government agencies, while maintaining an active portfolio and ensuring compliance with all submission requirements. You will work closely with program staff to develop high-quality proposals that meet the needs of our community; partner with finance staff to develop budgets, budget narratives, and financial reports; and collaborate with Research & Evaluation to include program data and outcomes for use in communication with funders. Reporting to the Director of Institutional Giving, the Grant Writer will manage a comprehensive social service portfolio of foundation, corporate, and government funders that support Educational Alliance's (1) older adult services (2) teen center and community arts programs (3) food access programs (4) and workforce development services.
