The role emphasizes rigorous grant management, strong writing, and proactive donor engagement, with responsibility for budgets, timelines, and compliance across federal, state, and local grants.

Qualifications

• Experience in prospect research and identification of funding opportunities.
• Proven success in securing grants and managing funded projects.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local grant processes.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize grant opportunities from private, corporate, and government entities.
• Oversee grant submission processes and deadlines.
• Coordinate grant budgets and reporting to funders.
• Maintain relationships with funders and COYFC teams.
