Job summary

Tanager Place in Iowa seeks a Grant Specialist to lead the grants program, researching opportunities, coordinating submissions, and reporting on progress to support services for children and families. This role helps ensure grants align with organizational goals and demonstrate impact.

You will build relationships with grantors, analyze program outcomes, and ensure compliance with requirements within the Advancement Team to sustain critical programs serving youth and families.

Qualifications

  • Monitor, evaluate and report on grant goals and outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with program staff regarding compliance needs.
  • Develop, cultivate and sustain relationships with grantees.

This role involves researching prospective resources, managing grant submission, reporting, building relationships with grantors and evaluating impact.
