Job summary

Tanager Place is seeking a PMIC Treatment Technician to join our inpatient team. You will provide direct, client-centered care to youth, contributing to their safety, growth, and well-being.

You will train Youth Service Workers, implement shift plans, and help develop campus clubs with programming leadership oversight. This role requires CMA certification eligibility, training in MANDT/UKERU, CPR, and First Aid, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be 20 years of age
• High School Diploma required
• At least one year of prior experience working with children in a professional setting
• Certified Medication Aide (CMA) Certification required or eligible to become CMA certified within three months
• Certified in MANDT, UKERU, CPR, and First Aid or eligible to become certified within three months

Responsibilities

• Supervise and ensure the safety of youth on the Inpatient Team.
• Assist in training and guiding Youth Service Workers while executing shift plans.
• Create and facilitate Campus Clubs with oversight of programming leadership.
