Job summary

Responsibilities include scouting funding opportunities, coordinating large multi-PI proposals, and providing training and mentoring to researchers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for the role.
• Minimum of three years securing federal funding via proposal development.
• Experience writing on scientific and/or medical topics for NIH funding requests.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support large multidisciplinary grant proposals from concept to submission.
• Coordinate proposal teams and serve as a strategic partner in structuring narratives and budgets.
• Develop boilerplate content (facilities, cybersecurity, workforce development).
• Provide high-level editing and project management to ensure timely, compliant proposals.
