Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience writing and editing grant proposals.
• Ability to translate program goals and data into clear, persuasive narratives.
• Experience coordinating proposal development with multiple departments (program, finance, compliance, HR, executive).
• Knowledge of federal, foundation, corporate funding requirements and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Research funding opportunities that align with organizational priorities.
• Evaluate eligibility, fit, feasibility, and requirements for opportunities.
• Write and edit letters of inquiry, grant proposals, renewal applications, and supporting documents.
• Translate program goals, community needs, performance data, and financial information into narratives.
• Coordinate proposal development with program leadership, finance, compliance, HR, and executive staff.
• Develop proposal timelines and manage internal deadlines for timely submissions.
