Job summary

This role is grant-funded and contingent on ongoing funding; employment beyond the current period depends on grant funds.

Qualifications

• Six months to two years of grant-related experience or similar work.
• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred where applicable.
• Strong collaboration with internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead grant management and administration for funded initiatives.
• Coordinate timelines, staff, and external partners; schedule meetings.
• Monitor grant expenditures; track budgets and prepare financial reports.
• Develop data collection systems; analyze performance data and dashboards.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, institutional, and grant rules.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain comprehensive documentation.
