Job summary

Austin Community College is seeking a Project Manager, Clinical Partnership Coordinator for the Nursing Innovation Grant. You will coordinate day-to-day implementation, act as the operations liaison among the Project Director, ACC Nursing leadership, faculty, clinical partners, and support offices.

This grant-funded role spans 24 months and supports NightShift+ activities. The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of related experience, with Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; four (4) years of related work experience or an Associate's plus two (2) years may substitute for the required education/experience.
• Experience leading program management, project coordination, and cross-functional initiatives in higher education or healthcare settings preferred.
• Experience overseeing grant-funded projects with dashboard tracking, reporting, and compliance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the project work plan, timelines, and dashboards to ensure grant milestones are met.
• Coordinate with hospitals, clinical partners, and ACC nursing leadership to manage clinical affiliations and capacity.
• Track data for grant reporting and assist in monthly, interim, and final reports to stakeholders.
• Plan meetings with Purchasing, Contracts, IT, Facilities, and Communications to allocate project resources and document decisions.
