Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of grant management experience strongly preferred, including one year of prior supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and day-to-day management of Horizon Behavioral Health's SAMHSA-funded CMHI System of Care.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state grant requirements and timely grant reporting.
• Oversee staffing, supervision, budget management, and quality improvement.
• Foster collaboration among behavioral health, education, child welfare, juvenile justice, healthcare, and community partners.
