Job summary

Lutheran Services Florida, Inc. seeks a Grant Performance & Compliance Analyst to manage grant compliance, post-award administration, and performance monitoring for federal, state, local, and private funding streams.

You will oversee data collection, analytics, and reporting to ensure timely, accurate submissions. The role emphasizes collaboration with the Director and grants team, development of compliance metrics, and supporting CQI activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of grant-related experience, preferably with vulnerable populations.
• Proficiency with grant management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Ensure grant compliance and post-award administration across multiple funding sources.
• Develop data collection protocols, dashboards, and monitoring tools.
• Coordinate preparation and submission of programmatic and performance reports.
• Support pre-award activities by reviewing NOFO requirements and assisting with proposal development.
