Base pay range

$55,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

The Grants Manager will oversee the financial aspects of grant funding, ensuring accurate tracking, compliance, and reporting across a diverse mix of government and private contracts. This role serves as a key liaison between finance and program staff, supporting both fiscal accountability and operational sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage the financial performance of all grant-funded programs
• Prepare and submit financial reports to funding agencies in accordance with grant requirements
• Track spending to ensure alignment with budgets, timelines, and compliance standards
• Collaborate with program teams to support proposal development, budget planning, and expenditure tracking
• Maintain documentation for audits and serve as a point of contact for financial grant reviews
• Ensure internal controls and grant-related policies are followed across departments

Requirements:

• Experience working in a nonprofit environment
• Familiarity with grant administration, compliance, and reporting
• Strong financial acumen and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:
