Qualifications

• Master’s degree in education, special education, behavioral sciences, psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
• Two years of PK-12 educational experience and a valid Mississippi teaching license or eligibility within six months.

Responsibilities

• Delivers professional learning, coaching, and consultation.
• Assists with implementing state/federal grant initiatives with fidelity.
• Collects/analyzes implementation and outcome data for continuous improvement.
• Maintains collaborative relationships with educators, families, and partners.
• Prepares reports, presentations, and dissemination materials.
• Completes activities in line with timelines and policies; performs other duties as assigned.
