Job summary

Lone Star College seeks a Manager for TRIO Student Support Services (G) to oversee grant activities, program development, and evaluation. You will lead staff, coordinate with campus and external partners, and ensure compliance with federal TRiO guidelines and college policies.

This is a temporary, grant-funded role based at LSC-Tomball with responsibilities expanding across multiple campuses as needed. A Master's degree and 3+ years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in related roles is expected.
• Experience with federal TRiO programs and grant administration preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement grant activities to meet program goals.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff; manage schedules and projects.
• Oversee program evaluation and reporting to stakeholders and funders.
• Coordinate communications with college offices and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and college policies.
• Develop recruitment activities aligned with campus enrollment strategies.
• Monitor reports to improve efficiency and student enrollment.
• Prepare and manage budgets; monitor expenditures and grant funding.
