Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work with 300+ hours of field placement.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker or eligibility for FLDOE certification.
• Experience coordinating school-family-community services is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between school, home and community to support students and families.
• Develop and implement Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBA) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIP).
• Collaborate with school staff to address social, emotional and behavioral needs.
• Support attendance and coordinate with community services as needed.
