Job summary

Muskegon Public Schools seeks a School-Based Mental Health Clinician for the 2026/2027 academic year, serving Marquette, Bunker, and Oakview Elementary locations. Reports to the Director of Curriculum and Instruction or designee.

Position is grant-funded and offers a comprehensive benefits package with retirement options. Qualifications include a master’s degree in a related field and a Michigan license or eligibility, plus experience in school settings and strong communication and collaboration

Qualifications

• Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Valid or working towards a valid Michigan license in a related field.
• Experience in a school setting or with children and adolescents is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
