Job summary

The Fulton County Schools seek a Project Thrive Coordinator to lead districtwide implementation of the federally funded grant and initiative. Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in student support services, school mental health, or related field.
• Leadership, supervisory, or program-coordination experience required.
• Experience with K-12 systems, federal/state grants, community partnerships, and program evaluation preferred.
• Strong project-management, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide districtwide leadership for the Project THRIVE grant and initiative.
• Supervise grant-funded personnel and coordinate federal grant requirements.
• Lead implementation of the three-tiered framework within GaMTSS and student-support systems.
• Coordinate with departments, community partners, and Advisory Board; monitor outcomes and fidelity.
