Job summary

Fulton County Schools seeks a Project Thrive coordinator to lead districtwide implementation of the federally funded Project THRIVE initiative. You will supervise grant staff, manage partnerships, and ensure alignment with GaMTSS and student support systems.

Reporting to the Executive Director of Student Supports, you will coordinate required activities, monitor outcomes, and drive continuous improvement across departments and community partners.

Qualifications

• : Master's Degree in Education, School Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, Public Health, Behavioral Health or related field
• : Minimum three years in student support services, school mental health, or related field; leadership or coordination experience preferred
• : Knowledge of multi-tiered systems of support and federal grant implementation
• : Experience with K-12 systems, grants, partnerships, and program evaluation preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership for Project Thrive implementation according to grant requirements and district priorities
• Supervises and coaches Project Thrive personnel and sets priorities and performance expectations
• Coordinates integration of Project Thrive with GaMTSS and other student support systems
• Leads the Project Thrive Advisory Board and manages governance structures
• Monitors partner performance, service delivery, and outcomes to guide improvement
• Oversees budgets, contracts, and grant resources in collaboration with Grants and Finance
• Prepares updates for district leadership, SAMHSA, and stakeholders
• Performs other duties as assigned by administration
