Job summary

Compass Intervention Center, a 108-bed outpatient behavioral health facility serving youths aged 10–17, seeks a Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive nursing services.

The RN will ensure safe, patient-centered care, support treatment planning and coordination, monitor health and response to treatment, and maintain timely clinical documentation. This position is grant-funded and contingent on grant funding and program needs.

Qualifications

• TN RN license or Nursing Compact state license required.
• New Grads encouraged to apply; mentorship available.
