A university-affiliated, nurse-managed community clinic in Southern California seeks a Project Manager – Family Nurse Practitioner to lead care across San Diego and Los Angeles. Qualifications

MSN required; DNP or related doctorate preferred.
Active FNP certification (ANCC or AANP).
CA RN and APRN license active.
CA furnishing number, NPI and DEA registration.
5+ years of healthcare leadership or management experience.
Pediatric experience required.
Experience serving underserved populations.

Responsibilities

Deliver primary care across the lifespan in mobile, church-based, and elementary school settings.
Manage day-to-day operations across weekly clinic sites.
Supervise Nurse Practitioners and Community Health Administration staff.
Oversee scheduling, workflows, EHR operations, billing, credentialing, and quality improvement.
Support federal grant compliance, reporting, outcome tracking, and budget monitoring.
Build partnerships with schools, faith-based organizations, and community agencies.
