Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, write, submit, track and support grant opportunities.
• Coordinate fundraising priorities and donor stewardship for Lake Chelan Health.
• Serve as liaison for Lake Chelan Health Guilds, foundations, and donors to align philanthropic efforts with organizational needs.
• Track grant reporting and ensure alignment between philanthropic activities and strategic priorities.
