The NYC DOT Grants & Fiscal Management division maximizes grant funding opportunities to support the agency's strategic goals by monitoring legislative actions, seeking new funding sources, administering programs, and ensuring compliance with federal and state grant requirements.
We are seeking a Technical Grant Database Analyst to join the Grants Reimbursement, Compliance & CGMS team (GRC). GRC oversees the timely processing and submission of NYCDOT’s reimbursement claims to the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) for eligible expenses. The team collaborates with various city and external agencies to oversee audits, manage grant records, and perform reconciliation exercises to mitigate grant risks.
